Rebinding launchcontrol xl in ableton6/29/2023 ![]() ![]() So much work that you are perhaps not willing to do that work because the payoff might not actually be as great as how you imagine. It sounds like you’re trying to do a lot at once, or have great expectations, when there is actually a lot of work involved. ![]() If you guys have ideas and concepts, please share so we can figure this out. I was also considering Behringer but this device with knobs is sooo obsolete. I am not very anxious to spend $1k on a Presonus because I care mostly for the knobs to control-automate the sound, but if there is no other choice I would do that. This was however one of the best M4L plugins I have ever seen. I also used in the past a product for M4L called ULTIMAP which was excellent but for some reason the developer dropped it and there are some bugs which have not been fixed. Novation seem to be very limited in the software and I am surprised they still did not develop better software (despite they promised to do this when I purchased the device 2 years ago). I have found a way to do this but it is to slow and time consuming (which is Saving the preset). My Main concern is to program the knobs into one instrument at the time so when I switch among tracks I can have my knobs change their assignments. ![]() Now I'm looking for some alternative, either to purchase PRESONUS interface or getting Novation to work the way I want. They claimed nobody has problems but me, so I just ended up in a dead end with this. Asked Isotonic for help but all I got was a bunch of questions which (when answered did not help in any way). That have added some installation program and some new methods of configuring it, whe user has no control of where the stuff gets installed or how and I ended up with nothing working. I just purchased an upgrade of this same script but it is not working at all. I worked somewhat OK, but then I upgraded to Live10 and it did not work anymore. I tried the scripts from ISOTONIC STUDIO (with Live9). Any recommendations for scripts or tools to map Lanuch-ControlXL ? ![]() Correct letter layout6/29/2023 ![]() Regardless of whether you are applying in the US, Canada, Australia or the UK, the cover letter must never be longer than one page. It is advisable to show both documents to a friend: he/she might notice if the line spacing differs in parts, or if there are other layout mistakes. The CV and the cover letter should not differ in terms of layout. Final follow-upĪt the end, check whether the layout is consistent throughout the document. You can use the A4 format for applications to the UK. This will save you the trouble of making adjustments to the layout later. Your best option is to set up the cover letter in this format at the beginning. This measures 21.6 cm x 27.9 cm and differs in size from the standard European A4 format, which is approximately 6 mm wider and 18 mm shorter in length. In the US and in Canada, the standard cover letter is written on the letter format. With the new communication model, the ultimate goal of nations to cut across linguistic, national, and cultural barriers and promote free global trade has, making the letter an essential business tool. Create from scratch Customize a heartfelt letter with these templates In this digital age, getting a handwritten letter in the mail is a rare but wonderful surprise. Choose a font size of 10 to 12 points and avoid fancy fonts. Font and sizeĪn appropriate font size facilitates reading for the recipient. Furthermore, you must ensure a consistent layout for both, cover letter and CV. Bright colours do not belong in a cover letter nor does an overload of different colours, fonts, boxes, graphics and the like. Long sentences, insufficient line spacing and too many paragraphs are all inappropriate because they overload the letter. See an example of a business letter with a letterhead above. The cover letter must be clearly arranged and easy to read. Some letterheads also use inscriptions on the left edge of the paper and sometimes (least common, and least convenient in Dixie's expert opinion) on the bottom, and Dixie wants to remind you to leave space for those. In this case leave at least two, better three empty lines under it, and if the letter is short leave even more space and try to place the body of the letter in the middle of the page. If your stationery has a letterhead, the letterhead stays on top, of course. ![]() Besides, the white space between the paragraphs provides a resting place for the reader's eyes.ĭixie: "A Few Words about Formatting Letterhead Stationery" And we all know that short paragraphs are easier to read than the long ones. We live in the world so crammed with information that a lot of people scan their mail and in the best case read something that catches their attention. If your business letter is not too long (like has about two or three sentences), start it between 6-12 lines from the top of the page.Īnother advice from Dixie, make your paragraphs rather short. This frame Dixie is talking about in some cases can be a little lopsided, as the most important are the top and left margins (in case you need real badly the space occupied by the 'too wide' margins). Dixie suggests you imagine that the margins create a frame around your words, which makes your letter more appealing. ![]() Whichever layout you are using to format your business letter, try to leave 1-1.5" margins. Some General Points About Business Letter Layout In the picture below Dixie offers to your attention a sample of a multiple page business letter with a letterhead.ĭixie invites you to visit her Multiple Page Business Letter page to see more details about formatting such letters. Instead subsequent pages usually contain a special header with the name of the addressee, the page number, and the date. Subsequent pages do not contain the letterhead (if there is a letterhead in the letter) and are printed on plain paper. Dixie would like to draw to your attention the fact that a multiple page business letter does not have a closing line or a signature on the first page. Talking about letter layout one has to mention long letters because their formatting has quite a lot of peculiarities. ![]() Nerf zombie strike sledgefire review6/29/2023 ![]() Nothing groundbreaking, especially when this now exists. I managed to fire all 3 shells in about 6 seconds on an average. ![]() Performance is meh at the very most, but hey, its firing 3 darts at once.Ĭonsidering it’s a break-action blaster that takes shells, I wasn’t expecting a very high rate of fire. ![]() Darts that came with the blaster and some slightly used elite darts were used in the testing. Three sets of values were made for every iteration and averaged. The blaster was fired 3 times from shoulder height both parallel and angled to ground. Testing had to be changed a little bit owing to the fact that the Sledgefire can work with one, two or three darts in the shell. Shells don’t eject completely so there’s no fear of losing them. The empty shell pops out a little bit to make reloading easier. To fire the blaster, break the barrel, insert a shell, and fire. The grip is large enough for adult sized hands, and the stock, although a bit small for me, is comfortable and contoured. Neon colours aside, it looks great and it feels great. Inside the box are the instructions and a few cardboard stencils.įirst Impressions, Aesthetics and Ergonomicsįor a ‘shotgun’ class blaster, the Sledgefire is surprisingly sleek and very well designed, right down to the snakeskin texture grip, the ‘kill-count’ markings, various vents and ridges and fake over-sized screws. The open face box shows the blaster itself, the shells in the stock and 9 Zombie Strike darts. ![]() It’s slow to reload, takes shells which aren’t sold separately, and has mediocre performance, but it’s still a much loved blaster for one simple reason it’s fun to play with.įirst launched in 2013, the Sledgefire, along with the Hammershot, was the first blaster to be released under the Zombie Strike line. And there is perhaps no other blaster that conveys this notion in a better way than the Sledgefire. The game selects each multiplier value at random.Īfterward, you’ll get to choose whether you want to enter your ticket in a single or multiple (up to 10) drawings. This multiplies your non-jackpot prizes by two, three, four, five or 10. The Power Play feature is available for an additional $1 per play. You can also choose the quick pick feature to receive random numbers instead. You’ll pick five different numbers from 1 to 69 and one Powerball number from 1 to 26. However, there is an official Hoosier Lottery app you can download that may help you speed up the process. Lottery players in Indiana can currently buy their tickets only from licensed local retailers, as the state doesn’t allow you to buy lottery tickets online. The lottery sold its first scratch tickets in October 1989, while the first draw game began in April 1990. Indiana established its lottery - officially named the Hoosier Lottery - in 1989 after several unsuccessful attempts at doing so. ![]() |
